Our calculation of experience will be based upon a full-time, 40-hour work week. Part-time experience will be pro-rated.

Example: Twelve months of experience at 60 hours/week will be credited as one year of experience, not one and a half years.

Do you possess a current Self-Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus (SCUBA) certification?

Yes, I possess a current Self-Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus (SCUBA) certification and am able to dive to depths of 130 feet. I also understand that I must submit a legible copy of my SCUBA certificate as verification.
In order to perform these underwater activities, applicants must possess knowledge of the physiology of diving and diving equipment, diving safety practices and procedures, and be physically fit and able to dive to depths of 130 feet, using SCUBA.
By answering this question, I certify that I have read the requirement above and presently meet the requirement. I understand that my diving proficiency may be tested by the appointing authority. Failure to demonstrate the diving skill and pass a medical examination to determine physical fitness for SCUBA diving will result in my removal from the list of eligibles for employment consideration.
