POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Specialist position in communications and innovation coordinates PREL’s communications and marketing strategy, conducts research, provides technical assistance and professional learning services in the areas of vocational education, entrepreneurship, and other priority areas for departments of education, non-profits, schools, community organizations, and teachers across the PREL service region with the overarching goal of building local capacities to strengthen teaching and learning.
